GREGG WEISSER
Senior Transaction Manager
Before joining HCREA, Mr. Weisser worked with JPMorgan Chase & Co. He was responsible for up to 18 million square feet of space, including office, flex, residential, retail and warehouse.
During his 20-year tenure at JPMC, he managed a team of transactors, conducted benchmarking and best practice exercises as well as implemented key performance indicators to determine and create superior business solutions for his customers.
Mr. Weisser’s accomplishments include the sale of over $1.5 billion in real estate, the acquisition of over 1.5 million square feet of space across the Americas, company savings of over $600 million in one-time benefits and over $39 million in ongoing per annum cost-rate reductions.
Prior to his career at JPMC, Mr. Weisser spent seven years as a commercial real estate broker with the Cross & Brown Company where he represented tenants and landlords in the acquisition and disposal of space.
Mr. Weisser is a graduate of the University of Denver and also has earned his Masters in Corporate Real Estate (MCR) from the Institute for Real Estate Studies from Corenet Global, an association for real estate professionals.
